Perfect place to take kids and teens. They loved the variety of racetracks and driving the cars. They also had fun in the arcade. A 7 year old loved it just as much as the 16, 17 & 19 year old boys. I purchased them the ride for 2 hours bracelet and it was well worth the money. The food choices aren't the best so I took them to go eat after the races. There are lots of restaurants around here so after the track, I took the boys to have pizza. They couldn't stop talking about how much fun they had at the track.

The karts are old and gnarly - the seatbelts and wrist straps are tattered and filthy, your hands turn black from the steering wheels, you inhale fumes from what I believe are two-stroke engines trackside and while you're in the kart, but the boys who work the karts are friendly and hardworking. They have 6 or 7 different tracks and a tiny bumper car spot.

Perfect place for a party or just a quick few rides. You get the option between timed wristbands and per-ride tickets, so you can pick whatever works best with your schedule or riding style. If you prefer the more popular rides (Super Track), then you should consider the per-ride tickets over the wristband. Also, make sure you've locked your cars! There's no security cameras to protect your car if it's not in the parking lot. There was a shady character who was lurking around the cars and it looked as if they were looking at the car locks. Luckily, nothing was taken. Stay safe!!
American Riviera Tours
Excellent place for young kids to get the taste of the cars world. They have six different tracks ranging from young 4 year old all the way to teenagers and adults. All The cars a gasoline powered. Plenty of space to watch. Small arcade place with old games. Recommend to buy per ride tickets when crowded instead of time packages.

No, we are closed in the rain. However, if it stops raining midway through the way, we will open as soon as we can. To check the status, call 310-834-3700. =)
Its Carson bro..
You pay by ride (kids and adults, even if riding in the same car each requires a ticket. The best deal is the $120 package where each ride is about $6. Unused tickets can be used 90 days from purchase, but the staff doesn't really monitor that. You can also do a wristband, which includes unlimited rides for an hour with a guaranteed minimum # of rides, which protects you if there are long lines. The best ticket deals appear to always be on their website.
I think ~$30.0
Well ..... 7 tickets $35 so for two children with seven tickets each $70. They have a baby track a semi baby track that everyone can ride. the next track is for everybody and if you have a small child the child just has to ride with you on the rest of the tracks going towards the back of the musement park. they have bumper cars and a big long track in the back. The Wristband is cool but, say you're only going for a little while and sometimes if you go when it's crowded the lines are long you may not get to ride all the tracks to me the wristband is a waste of money. Unless you plan on being there the whole entire day. Plus if I can remember the wristband has some type of terms and conditions to it like you buy the wristband for unlimited rides but you're guaranteed to get at least seven rides so that's a waste to me. Go to their website they have more detail.
Hi - We were permitted to reopen on January 30th. Our current hours are: Sun 10 am – 10 pm Mon 10 am – 10 pm Tue 10 am – 10 pm Wed 10 am – 10 pm Thr 10 am – 10 pm Fri 10 am – Midnight Sat 10 am – Midnight
Hi Mirella - The COVID protocols from Los Angeles County prohibit any eating or drinking inside of Go Kart World.
Yes, we reopened on 1-30-21. We are open daily from 10AM - 10PM
Regarding all the tracks. For the fastest Enduro carts you have to take a driving test 1st to get certified. Everything else you're good to go. The Wristbands Are good for 2 to 2 1/2 hours average of use before they expire. For around $35. ( Groupon) While inside you have access to the arcade. There is also food there to eat. Cost is up on the high side. However there is Chicken strips, pizza, French fries, ETC. Fountain drinks... inside @ the Check in area/check stand in the arcade area, bottled water Is available.
Any height will do! There are several tracks for adults down to small children. There is it indoor Arcade there as well, basic snacks. It is a lot of fun for the whole family I love it every time I go.
It depends on how busy it is. I would recommend the 2 hour if it isnt busy that day
Absolutely
Go check out Groupon. They usually have deal for 2 hour block time. Good deal!
If it's a normal-sized bag, then you can keep it on you when you drive. You can hold it between your legs and it should be okay. Obviously, do this at your own risk, but it worked for me pretty well.
No. And masks are not required anywhere except for the arcade.
40 bucks for an hour (5 guaranteed rides) 50 bucks for two hours (7 guaranteed rides)
We have drinks and snacks available at vending machines located throughout the facility, but our kitchen hasn’t reopened. We are reluctant to spend the time and money as Los Angeles County is forever warning that the next shoe is about to drop.
There is a height requirement for certain cars and if he meets the required height he may ride solo or if he does not, there are double seater cars and he may ride with you.
You only need a license and a head sock to race the Euro Karts and Champ Karts. These karts are for customers18 and older. They are available every hour on the hour on the Super Track (Euro Karts) and the Slick Track (Champ Karts). The rest of the time, the regular commercial go karts run on those tracks. The commercial karts are based on height requirements and don't have an age limit. Because the Euros and Champs go so much faster than the regular karts, we need you to show us that you can drive first. Therefore, we ask you to race with the commercial karts first (once on the Super Track and once on the Slick Track). That done, we'll give you a Go Kart World license which means anytime you visit, you can race those karts without qualifying again. The adult karts require helmets and the head sock keeps the helmet clean.
Hi! Unfortunately, L.A. County won't allow any food or drink served or consumed on the premises. They even made us disassemble our water fountain by the entrance. Because we know that people get thirsty, we moved our drink vending machines outside of the park and into the parking lot. Hopefully, we can move pass this stuff soon.
Hi there! Our tracks are regulated based on height rather than age. A 10 year old should be able to ride on the Bumper Cars (43" requirement), the Mini Indy (45" requirement) and likely the Slick Track and Super Track at half speed (52" requirement). All of our height requirements can be found on our website here: https://gokartworld.com/pages/info-pricing. Thanks so much for your interest in Go Kart World!
No, you do not need an appointment. You can come anytime.
We truly apologize about the phones. The way Los Angeles County set up our protocols, we cannot have another person behind the front counter to answer the phone and the cashier has to help the customers who are already there. To drive the Eurokart, you must be 18 or older.
We were open from Nov 13th - Dec 6th and now we've been closed again. Why? Who knows. Since L.A. County has repeatedly blamed private indoor gatherings for the spike, it's unclear how closing outdoor businesses is going to help that. Seems like with no place to go, private gatherings will only increase. Of course, they did leave golf courses open because they're outdoors....
They take walk ins
No they only have a vending machine with Gatorade and chips. No arcade open and if they smell alcohol on your breath, you will be asked to leave.
So, to directly answer your question, the wristbands are typically best unless: 1. You want to drive the adult karts on the Super or Slick tracks. 2. It's very busy (Friday nights and weekends) and you're on a set schedule The reason for #2 is; even though you will get your guaranteed rides, if you don't have time to stand in line and wait for them, you'll end up not getting a great deal and we don't provide refunds for rides not taken. With tickets, you can take those home to use another day. Thanks for your interest! Cynde Go Kart World
A respect and is full access
Sorry, our insurance company won't allow any karts other than ours. =(
All tracks have multiple heights based on which type of kart, full speed and half speed. Click link below to see it all. https://gokartworld.com/pages/info-pricing
Prices of do vary but here is a link and you can go check out what your preferred package is : https://gokartworld.com/pages/info-pricing
Your 11 year old can absolutely drive by herself. She'll be tall enough for the Bumper Cars (43"), the Mini Indy (45"), The Slick Track is 52" for half speed and 56" for full speed. The Turbo Track she might fall short of as that's 58". The Super Track, our most popular is 52" for half speed and 60" for full speed. Thanks for your interest!
We paid $40 2 hr or guaranteed 8 times ive been the 3 times
18 years old
Bsd Kids of all ages can ride. There is one small ride that toddlers can drive, several for young children, and a couple only for older kids/adults
We went just as a family. I'd look at their website or call and ask them. Hope this helps you!
Taken from the "about us"section of the website: Kiddy Track (ages 3 years and up) The Bumper Car Track (43" inches and up only) Mini Indy Track, younger drivers (45" and taller) can be passengers with a driver who is 16 years or older. The Slick Track is a highly polished concrete with special "SLICK" treatment applied to stimulate Sprint Car Racing. Sprint Karts (56" and up) that slide around the track at 25 mph. We also have double-seat go karts. For adults, we have our Champ Karts which reach speeds of 42 mph for drivers 18 years and older. The Turbo Track....For those who can't meet the height requirement (58"), we offer double-seat go karts. Our third-mile Super Track is the largest go-kart track on the West Coast!...Our Nascarts travel at 26 mph while our adult Euro Karts rip it up at speeds of 40 mph. My thoughts: The tracks are on the bumpy side and the carts are small. I'm a 5'3" woman and felt I just fit but my 6'1" husband was cramped. Had fun but likely won't be back.
All drivers need to be at least 48 inches tall, at least 6 years of age and be able to safely operate the karts. Racers under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a minor release liability form. A: You will need to wear an approved safety helmet which Pole Position Raceway will supply.
The only outside food or drink we allow is the cake but that's only with one of our birthday packages. Two of our packages include cake. If you'd rather bring your own cake, we can provide either extra pizza or extra game tokens.
We would recommend you come see us after the baby is born =)
Hi Sandra, All height requirements are listed here: https://gokartworld.com/pages/info-pricing
If you want to rent out a track so that only your group is riding, you can do that but we have specific hours for it. If you're just going to race, you don't need to call ahead. If you're interested in renting a track, please call us at 310-210-4159.
Depends on the day of the week. Find discounted passes online at groupon. $40 for 2 hours or sometimes they offer 2 hours for $35 if you order online.
About 6 to 7 $
Its 7.00 for one ride but its better to get a band for an hour or the day better deal and the cars are great
There's no cover charge to get in. You pay per ride and the tickets are about 10 rides for $45, 5 for $25 or around $6 if buy single ticket price range if you buy tickets there. They also have 2 hour passes you can by there and on groupon , I don't remember those prices tho.
We have two tracks which run regular carts based upon height. We also have fast adult karts which race on the Super Track (Euros) and the Slick Track (Champ Karts). These karts are the fastest available anywhere in the area (even K1) at 44mph. You can see them on our website. These karts do not work on wristbands, only tickets and they take two tickets rather than one as the ride is twice as long.
there is at least 1 track for all ages. they have a toddler track that has 2 motorcycle type cars that a parent needs to supervise them on and can walk around with them on, a track for little kids about 4-10 years old, there's the slick track for about 8 years old and up depending on heighth, a big track for about 10 and up but kids can ride with a driver 16 and older and the fast track for about 12 and up depending on heights and kids can ride with a driver on too. And the ages I list are my approximate ages in my opinion except that kiss have to ride with 16 year old and older driver, that is their policy.
Anyone can go in but based on height everyone won't be able to ride alone.
This place was not impressive at all. I would not purchase only without actually seeing their tracks and how slow the go carts are. If you are taking a very little kid, maybe it's worth it.
They're crazy busy on weekend. Get there early so you can enjoy all the rides.
No age just height requirement needed for young children to drive alone. The child must be at least 4'8 and if not must drive with another passenger that is at least 16 years old
5 years old start Drive, we have 6 track ,for all ages so no problem, all the kids 5 years old ,to people 89 years old or more, everybody welcome
4. 2 larger more advanced tracks. One oval and a small oval track for kids
It was 8$ a race when I went 3 weeks ago, dont know why i paid less than everyone else, maybe a dork tax now?
