I would not, you just never know.. you can be good then at end of track when coming in someone just might slam into your go kart from behind when you at complete stop, I've seen it done to others.. or something.. better to play it safe.
No; the karts are small, and could very well damage you.
It will be not comfortable for sure to sit into the kart and dangerous for your baby. Congratulations by the way! :)

Plus you would be inhaling the fumes from the gas too which could be harmful to the baby.
