I had the worst possible experience. I wenr in for eye lid surgery and Dr Chao boched my eyes. I have been unable to shut them and had to tape them shut at night to keep them from drying out. I had surgery one year later by an Occuloplastic Surgeon who had to graft tissue to my eyes. They still don't shut. Don't use him.

Went in for a consult and had a great experience with Daisy and Christina as my guide. Dr. Pousti was very patient and laid back throughout the visit. He made sure I did not feel any pressure to make decisions or choices right away. He emphasized choosing a board certified plastic surgeon for my procedure, even if it was not scheduled with him. He answered the questions I asked, and the entire staff made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. They provide appointment reminders through text and were very repsonsive through email and the few phone calls I made to them. I am 100% confident in my decision to choose them for what I want done.

I seriously could have not found a better Doctor and office! As a patient suffering from breast fibrosis and pain, I was really hesitant to operate and find the right physician to take care of my health,. My experience with Dr. Pousti was stellar from the moment I walked in to my post surgery treatment. The ladies at the front desk are happy and attentive, they always welcome you with a beautiful smile. Dr. Pousti is very friendly and caring. He is AMAZING and has the best bedside manners. I had fibrosis on my left breast from a surgery that went wrong outside of the US. Dr. Pousti did an incredible job fixing my breast and making it look just like my right, which was done by a different doctor - this is extremely hard. He is super talented and I highly recommend his services! You will not be disappointed.

The staff was very welcoming as well as accommodating (we brought our two very young daughters to the consultation). I was very impressed by the professionalism of the entire staff. Dr. Pousti made me feel very comfortable, answered all of my questions, and it’s clear that I can trust him with my future procedure.
