I've gone here a number of times since I was 16 years old (personalized license plate cover). If its something they can engrave they're very clear about their abilities and prices. Sometimes they don't sell an item in their store, BUT they will engrave outside items too! I've gotten so many things engraved there I've lost count, and their same day service is awesome (for small things or single orders). Definitely going back whether its to personalize a Love Lock for a trip to a romantic European bridge, party favors, or for special gifts for friends.

This was my first time having something engraved so I expect engravers to be experts at engraving and recommendations. Not the case here. I brought in a US Coast Guard Medal of silver to be engraved as a gift and the person who helped me said "choose any font you want." He didn't offer any suggestions on the type of metal or other insights so I picked a font that looked clear with good spacing. Picked up the completed product and it looks terrible... barely legible. No clarity of the lines or letters at all. And, they didn't capitalize the individual letters of words that were described on the order by the person who helped me (the sales slip had it correct but person said that their instructions were to do it as the attachment). What a cluster... And it wasn't polished as he said it would be. Disappointed, I asked if it could be redone. No, according to the woman who came out to help me after I asked the person helping me for more info. She also mentioned during my conversation with her that certain fonts work better with certain metals. Wow, that would have been helpful if I had known that when I initially came in. Then to top it off, after their mistakes (no guidance on fonts, error on capitals, not polished, and not a quality job), not a single offer of compensation other than to "bring us another one and we can re-do it." Bad experience for me and not going back. My medal is ruined and the gift that I had spent $40 having engraved looks like an amateur did it.
