It's furniture no one wants. And they hope to sell at a very high price

We walked in at 5:37pm on Sunday and the older lady was extremely unwelcoming telling us multiple times that they’re closing at 6. If you’re gonna start UNwelcoming people at 5:30 then you should close at 5:30 instead of making people feel bad for walking in. I didn’t even feel comfortable looking I did a quick round and felt inclined to leave.

This place has a large selection of couches but not much else. A lot of the furniture is in kind of rough shape, but the discounts are very substantial. It's Restoration Hardware though, so even with a big discount it's still very expensive. The big issue with this store is that it really isn't much of a store. It feels like a very temporary setup, like RH is just squatting in a vacant building. The staff is helpful and friendly, but the shopping experience is pretty awful, and the inventory is severely limited.

The store was 40% off the lowest tagged items. Prices lowered at register. The employee told me the 40% off has been going on since Christmas. Really beautiful furniture with some defects for a great price. Employees there are amazing, very knowledgeable and attentive. I wish however they had more inventory on the floor. The store seemed somewhat bare in some areas and I would have loved to have seen more.
