My wife and I just went through the drive through and the services was absolutely horrible. Whoever took our order was a jerk and acted like we were bothering him. The guy that took our card was in such a hurry he did not even make sure I was holding my card before letting it fall to the street. The lady that gave us our food did not even make sure I was holding the bag before letting go and rushing back inside. She could not even make eye contact with us. I will never go to this KFC again!

Waited 20 minutes for chicken that was preordered. Asked how much longer was told they were still working on it. Waited another 20.....

I ordered through door dash and asked for 2pc meal but when i received my order didn't come with my biscuits i order two deals both came with out it. I called kfc but just rang no one answers.

They messed up the order and had to go back. Chicken breading tastes different. Not impressed.
