I stopped going to McDonald's because of getting warm fries and barely warm hamburgers. I decided to sit down and eat thinking I'd get fresher hotter food. It was empty inside and waited about 5 minutes. While waiting I noticed dirty tables everywhere. Thinking they are waiting for fries from the deep fryer or cooking my quarter pounder. It was the same as when I last ate at McDonald's luke warm fries and hamburger. I will never pay inflated prices for ketchup on the bun, pickles hanging out of the burger and waiting for luke warm food.

I just went through about 2:45 am and it was a little complicated order but it was not for me it was for a friend's mom and the person at the drive through was very rude and I have had multiple bad experiences with her before and saw a few reviews ab her she is a old white lady rinkly skin my food was everywhere in the bag my burger was cover in sauce on the outside was not rapped well at all and was falling into the bag I got no straws and was very disappointed in all of it and to say again was not my first time haveing a bad experience with her and obviously it's not just me...

So in the last month I've been since location twice. Each time that I've gone the older lady that looks like she smokes two packs of cigarettes a day with the wrinkled face and the black fingernails is so disrespectful and rude. Today I went at about 2:00 a.m. after coming home from work and tried to order breakfast. When I asked if she had breakfast she simply said nope! So I said okay let me have a minute and 30 seconds later she yelled into the microphone are you ready yet! I was at this location as I stated about a month ago and this same lady was so disrespectful and rude when I pulled up to pick up a doordash order and I gave her the number she yelled at me saying we don't have that order here and literally argued until her manager came over and said it's right here. I thought it was an isolated incident that she just was having a bad night because it was busy and they were short-staffed but it appears that even when there is nobody in line and it's very slow she still has a terrible attitude. Clearly customer service is not her forte nor is she happy with her job. I realize that this McDonald's in particular struggles with getting meals out on time and is very slow but customer service should be something that is looked upon as an important asset seeing that people are paying money for your commodities. It's shameful that this lady is probably a manager overnight and giving an example to the young kids that work there to be so nasty and rude.

Always friendly and accurate. A true hot spot for DoorDash orders, bringing me to this location every night I work at least once. There have been major staff changes, including management a few times since I started delivering in this area and every transition has been smooth with only minor delays when at the beginning and end of school years. A true credit to the trainers. The professionalism and kindness of the staff almost caused me to apply to work here a few months ago (they do pay well).
