I have visited this location often over the years for my dog and chameleon. I appreciate their stock of live crickets, I have only been in a handful of times where they had sold out. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

Petsmart is under really bad management. Just heard about how they terminated a manager over their mental health??? Apparently its not good leadership to be open about mental health issues. They do not care about passionate employees, hard work, and good teamwork. Most chain stores are awful, but I could genuinely tell there were people who cared so much that it felt like a local store experience. Petsmart management/district management is working their darn hardest to keep their awful chain store status in practice. If you want sick animals and bad advice, then this is the place for you. Make sure to ask for Holly, she is 100% certified to give you the worst advice.

This pet store is the best in our area! Friendly & knowledgeable staff (always masked or shielded during the pandemic), a great variety of small pets, and an extensive collection of pet supplies. But honestly, it comes back to the staff. They have spent hours with us setting up our budgies and then our aquarium. Do I have to drive out to Coralville? Yes. Is it worth it? Absolutely.
