The dining experience at Vesta was very disappointing compared to previous visits. The pizza was burned on the bottom. The prime rib was ordered minimum rare but was closer to well done. The bread that accompanied the humus was cut into 1/2” strips. Not sure how you can spread humus on this presentation. I will not be returning. Caution is advised.

We tried several appetizers and the favorite was the beef Wellington bites. We ordered the pork spring rolls, pizza, Vulcan island chicken burger (it’s grilled) but it was the Vulcan shrimp that stole the show. VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. Knowledgeable, abundant and proactive. Great time!

Pork chop and the elk stroganoff were perfection! Been coming here since college and Seth, the owner and executive chef, never disappoints. Always get the bread pudding to finish!
