Great looking hotel that was well designed as a remodeled 100 year old building. Excellent hospitality in an incredible establishment. Rooms are big and well equipped, lobby and other common areas are impeccable. Very highly recommend this hotel for long or short visits to the area.

The hotel had great rooms and excellent service. The hotel is parallel to train tracks which hosts active trains with very loud horns all hours of the day. My first morning the train came through around 4:00 a.m.

We spent two nights at Element, in town to see a Tool concert. They had nice, clean rooms and a convenient location to the Taxslayer Center. The absolute HIGHLIGHT of our hotel experience was Chef T! She was an ray of sunshine at breakfast and her positive attitude and kind words started our mornings off right. My son even said “Chef T was worth the 3 hour trip to Moline.” ♥️ She’s the prime example of how one person can make a big difference!

In general I agree with all positive comments in 4* and 5* reviews. Hotel is spacious and clean and different in decoration. Rooms well equiped. Most of the staff friendly and professional (10* rating for the breakfast cook). Location convenient and while the hotel has no restaurant, there is the room kitchen and fridge and enough options a couple blocks away. However my check in was not very profesional and It made me feel awkwardly unwelcome. Also my room had very low water pressure, and shower drain was clogged so showers were not comfortable. Maybe I was just unlucky this week, and in a different time all will be right and this will become a 4* rating. I'll give them a second chance next time I'm around Moline.
