Good hotel for the quad cities area. I've stayed in the Rock Island Holiday Inn and the beds are more comfortable here. Hotel is a bit more modern, but lacks the bar/grill downstairs. You can walk to the airport from this hotel so easy fly in and out.

I'm actually an employee here. I left employment at another hotel to come work at this one. All of my fellow employees are so nice and this is the first hotel I've worked at that they actually care about their employees. They don't try to over work anyone, over stress anyone, and they treat everyone with respect! I'm so happy I became a part of the Express Team!!

Super friendly staff and clean room. The property looks great. Although the only convenience for a hot meal is a restaurant that opens at 4pm across the street...sort of. Otherwise a car or some place with delivery service is needed. I thought the hot breakfast was nice and good coffee. Tea was also available. I thought a little pricey, because I was just at a Comfort Inn in Walcott, IA that was very nice and trucker friendly rates also more accessible to food and shopping.

We were quite disappointed with our stay. Found out on day 2 that they do not clean your room/restock. Each day you must call down and ask for more towels, washcloths, etc. The third day they were out of washcloths (which isn't surprising when you are not cleaning anyone's rooms). The garbage in my room was piling up, towels piling up. Then the day of check out we were on the fourth floor and the elevators wouldn't work. I was in a knee scooter for a broken heel, so no way I could go down the stairs. Called the front desk and they said all elevators were being serviced and it would be an hour or so. Thankfully it wasn't that long. But I was completely stuck until they were fixed. THEN at breakfast my milk was spoiled. Just all in all a bad experience. Probably won't stay there again, with all the other options available in the area. *Update: I did receive an email from the manager of the hotel. She acknowledged my concerns, and addressed them.
