Me and my family have been buying outdoor equipment and supplies from Lawnmowers Plus for years. I typically do my own repairs but they supply me with all the parts I need, great help. Best in North County in my opinion.

Bad equipment sale . Bought a weed trimmer, used it for 2 days stopped working. Went over to the store and they stated they couldn’t exchange or return money back and had to wait until a mechanic took a look at it in I don’t know how many days . Meanwhile, I was stuck without that tool that I needed for a daily use at work.

Beware! This repair shop charges $30 just to LOOK to see what's wrong with your item. They dismantle the item, and at this point, they ask for a ridicules amount of money to repair. If you retrieve your item without fixing it , they charge an undisclosed amount of money to reassemble it. They gave me my item completely disassembled in a carton box. BTW, I waited 4 weeks for this negative result and experience.

Absolutely awful experience. After waiting 3 weeks for them to tell me the part I was told them was broken, was in fact broken, it took them another week to tell me that they hadn't ordered a replacement part since they didn't have enough parts to order. This was a power washer and the part was a $50 carb. But of course they found other parts that were broken (they weren't). Ordered the carb myself, picked up the power washer where they refused to refund the $30 dollar charge for telling me the part I said was broken was broken. My experience was this place was a rip-off and waste of time. Took me 5 minutes to install a new carb and the power washer is perfect. This place is a joke. I also enjoyed the owner David's insulting commentary on Yelp berating me for leaving a public review of their poor service. There are plenty of other repair shops, go there instead
