Great place to live. I love Candlelight so much. I’ve lived here two different times and regretted even leaving candlelight in the first place but I’m glad I’m back. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and effectively. The staff are really nice especially through the application process. I love the townhome I’m in now especially the washer and dryer being in the basement. The space is great for my little family. I love how informed they keep the residents as well!! And the new Resident Appreciation Program is so cool!

Great place to live. Megan was the one to show me my town house and she did a great job at really showing me several different units until I found the one that I would call home for some time. They also were very great about fixing things when on call and always available to help with any issues. Would rent here again.

I have lived in my townhouse for 3 years. The previous owners was horrible. They did not take care of the property at all. So over a year ago they sold the property to This company Candlelight/ Monarch. So new leases, new policies, new rules they even raised the rent. With all the problems with this property it made no sense to raise the rent until the problems were taken care of. Everybody in my building was told give a list of all the issues (major/minor) that was going on with there townhouses. I cannot speak for everybody else but I know I made a list and turned it in. Yes SOME things were fixed and SOME things were not fixed. My biggest issue is my basement! Every time it rains (as well as others in my building) there is A LOT of water in my basement. My basement has my belongings in it, my washer and dryer and the water gets so bad down there that I cannot even get to my washer and dryer to do my laundry. I have had to throw things away out of my basement because of the water issue. I have had MOLD in my basement because of the water issue which is unsafe. Maintenance have came multiple times to look at my basement and they have also tried something on my wall to see if it would stop the water temporarily. That didn’t work. I have complained and did work order after work order about my basement. Even a staff member in the office suggested that I should call the city. I pay rent for my entire townhouse which includes the basement too so if I can’t use my basement to do my laundry or store my belongings then my rent should have NEVER been raised! I mind my business and pay my rent on time EVERY MONTH! The communication in the office is HORRIBLE. I cannot wait to move off of this property. I would NEVER RECOMMEND ANYBODY moving out here EVER!
