I hope the evening staff for the date of Tuesday, May 13, 2022 gets to see this review. I had an order late the night before and larger ticket item was missing when I got home. (I'd like to note the staff the night of my order mistake was very nice, no complaints, which hasn't always been the case at this location). I spoke with Kaitlyn on the phone the following day about getting the item and she was kind, professional, and immediately wanted to make things right. I went into the lobby to get my missing item shortly after and the staff working was definitely very busy, all working diligently and in good spirits, even though it was obvious they were short staffed. So many places are short staffed these days and everyone is losing their patience (customer and service provider alike) but this nighttime group was really being rock stars with Kaitlyn leading the charge. Thank you! The food was tasty and indulgent as well!

Service is always rude or incompetent and slow. I order tacos with extra cheese and barely had any cheese on my tacos. Ive tried calling the store right away and no one answers. I called several times. This place is terrible. The compamy needs to fire everyone and start over.

I give a 4 star because the morning breakfast food is very good and prices are good as expected theses days. This time in the drive thru the service was in good timing too. The outside still needs cleaning to pick up garbage daily since it is a restaurant that cooks food...and would like to know if it is kept cleaned outside that it is super cleaned inside...I hope.

First was tryng to order a taco party pack and was told they were completely out of Doritos locos tacos. So had to change my entire order. Got a nacho bellgrande, chips were stale and they forgot the guacamole. Also got 2 crunch wraps, that didnt crunch. The what was supposed to be hard shell taco in both wraps were raw and uncooked. Nasty, unhealthy, unprofessional. I will be lucky if I dont get sick.
