Sad excuse for mechanics. They don't even care if you are safe on the road. They don't even drive your car once they have done work to it....only to take it out of the garage and park it. They were told that we thought it was wheel barring and ended up with tires and brake pads but no wheel barrings. Still hear the noise it's making and now they think it's the barrings. Such a joke. They will lose my business and referrals. This was my mothers car and I told her that Firestone was great and I am really regretting that now! Never seen people back pedal so fast in my life.

Unauthorized work on my vehicle and ran up the cost to more than was in my checking account. They charged $80 for a brake line not including labor. When I mentioned it was $20 online I was told "that's online, this is the real world, buddy" $1100 to fix a front Brake caliper. Terrible customer service and bare minimum effort. Don't use this shop

I like this place.. they always treated me & my car very well.. wait times could be a lil more to my liking but that's what you have to deal with when everyone takes their car there for the same reason.

Horrible service I bought 2 tires about 4 months ago and one has a slow leak already I called and he said bring it in so I did and he said he couldn’t find the slow leak . He would say that I put air in it every couple days. Bring in my other car for a oil change and I asked him do you top all fluids with the oil change he said yes well he didn’t . So I called and of course bring it in so I did that. Oh well we don’t top off wiper fluid . Horrible service and people that work there. They all need fired . I do not recommend going there especially here in Davenport on west Kimberly
