The hotel is under construction so the breakfast area isn't open yet so they offered a nice little selection of to-go breakfast items for us which was nice. Comfortable beds, very nice and clean rooms. The room we were in had a shower only which isn't super convenient with small children but we LOVED the pool and waterslides!

Positive: May 2022 This hotel is a new construction. They only have about 25 guestrooms which are fully remodeled and very nice. However during this time they have no lobby, no signage from the road, and no breakfast. Negative: We chose a hotel that offered breakfast knowing we were paying a little bit more so we didn¿t have to try to figure that component out. In the end we paid more didn¿t get a hotel breakfast and had to go to a nearby breakfast place.

This review is based off of our one night experience at this hotel. I’m hoping it has changed since! I thought I was getting an awesome deal booking through a third party site - first mistake. My second was getting it non-refundable. So imagine our surprise when we pulled up to a hotel under construction, despite no warning on Google or this website. Okay, we can manage some renovations, that’s fine… Turns out only part of the first floor is open. The “check in desk” was in a room. Parking was difficult because of all the containers. Then we find out the pool, hot tub and water slides would only be open 7-9:30pm. It was 2:30pm when we arrived and we had booked this place FOR the slides! But again, non-refundable, so what could we do? Our room was clean, albeit missing key parts like hooks in the bathroom, a table next to the chairs, a real dresser… beds were comfy. Bathroom well stocked. The pool, once we got in, was fun for all, clean, and the water was warm. The internet? Nonexistent with no real explanation. No laundry, even though it was advertised. No ice machines. No breakfast. We basically overpaid for a comfy bed and some water slides. Everyone was kind and apologetic. I’m just disappointed none of this was advertised really anywhere, unless you did some digging. I hope I learn from my mistake! But I also hope if a hotel is going to have a soft open they make it abundantly clear, and have more infrastructure set up.

Currently undergoing construction, but the room we stayed in was brand new, comfortable. The water park was so fun! Hot tub got a little gross looking. Would definitely stay again
