The staff was very friendly and had cookies and lemonade sitting in the lobby for there guests the rooms were very clean the breakfast was very good and well stocked

The hotel staff are always pleasant and nice. They were helpful with toiletries we forgot and a re-supply we needed for the bathroom. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

You’ve to experience the hospitality here extended by the front desk. Ryan is the warmest person I’ve been at made to few welcomes at, at any hotel and I travel a lot! The rooms are spic clean, and tremendous thanks to the housekeeping staff there. Diligent and sincere. And the highlight for all Holiday Inn chains, is the variety of warm breakfast they offer, compared to some other chains I’ve been at. Tasteful, fresh and something for everyone. When I return to Cedar Rapids, will certainly stay there.

Our room was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. My biggest complaint would be the walls are quite thin. The people in the room next to us were extremely loud. They woke us up a few times. Also, the mandarin fruit cup my friend got at their breakfast was definitely not good! It tasted rotten as did my milk. The banana left quite a bit to be desired. Other than those few things, it was a great stay.
