Bed was very comfortable, nice pillows too. Room was clean and very comfortable. Towels were nice and fluffy. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Parking lot is well lit.Would definitely stay again.

Shower was not fully enclosed which is just stupid and makes it impossible to steam. Tea tree brand toiletries, which I prefer in the big bottles. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great with hot items as well as pastries and yogurt.

My experience at this hotel was horrible. Save your time and money. The customer service is unacceptable and there was no one in the front desk to assist us to switch rooms. We waited for about 45 minutes at midnight. When we arrived to our room we found urine stains on the mattress, hairs, boogers. There was a broken light fixture. My family and I were extremely uncomfortable.

Friendly service, fantastic suites, decent continental breakfast. They always ask me what floor I prefer and do their best to accommodate. The rooms have their own thermostat, coffee, dishwasher, glass stovetop, ice maker, large fridge, and a walk in shower. I wish the beds were softer, but I can say I’ve never woken up with back pain after staying in!
