The customer service was simply outstanding! They made sure that we were satisfied with our room. And speaking of the room it was one of the nicest we have ever stayed in! We will be staying here from now on. The manager was fantastic and housekeeping was outstanding!

Age of Exploring

Stayed for two nights. The room was comfortable and clean. They had one of the best free hotel breakfasts I've had in a long time. The staff was friendly and it's close to the airport. There are not a lot of places to eat around the hotel, so plan accordingly. It's a reasonably priced, clean, comfortable place to stay. I'd stay again.

My husband,children, and I stayed at this hotel because we had a bad week and needed a break. When we woke up in the morning, we had ants crawling all over us in the bed. We then found some food or dog food, we couldn't really tell what is was in a pile on the floor that a pile of ants was huddled around, and some of the ants made it to the bed. When I went to the front desk to complain the lady at the desk told me that the manager would call me Monday morning. Instead of calling me Monday morning the manager messaged me Monday night through an app. She said sorry , but nothing they could do for me . When I had spoken to the lady at the front desk she said they cannot refund us since we booked on hotels.com, but she said when the manager calls on Monday that she would make it right and possibly do a free room stay for another night. However now the manager is messaging me saying she cannot do anything for us. She didnt even call us like we were told would happen. This has made what was suppose to be a relaxing getaway has turned into more stress. I do not recommend staying here!

Not bad but certainly room for improvement. A basic room with a small fridge but a microwave would be nice. Also the morning breakfast was good although small pancakes. Perhaps and airport/repair shuttle. Laundry, one washer and dryer for the entire facility is simply inadequate. Wifi was really good and no hassle logging on.
