Grand kids love the place but every time I have been there the staff is just not friendly at all. It's like they all hate their job and hate being there. Just my opinion.

Went there for my child's bday party. Experience was rather unpleasant. First, I called there 3 times over 2 weeks and left messages and was never called back. Second, the place is run by children employees, an adult was never seen. Third, we were finally allowed into our party room 15 minutes after alloted time, our guests personal items, birthday presents and cake were left on cart for anyone to take or touch....and I witnessed a random kid touch our cake. When I asked to move our belongings at least closer to the party room, I was met with attitude from a blonde young female. Then I witnessed some preteen push my 5yr old child off the ledge above foam pit which caused him to hit his head. I understand kids make bad decisions. But as a mom, I am allowed to tell someone from 50 ft away that I saw it, don't do that again and that it wasn't by accident, which she claimed. Then another child employee at the basketball hoops told me to stop talking to her and that he wasn't going to do anything about it. So we found the ONE and only good employee, teen male with curly hair, he took care of it. Thank you to him and ONLY him. The kids who work there need multiple lessons on customer service.

Could use a good cleaning. I know that it has got to be a challenge to keep something like that clean, but lots of young workers standing around on a recent weekend visit. Got time to gripe, ya got time to wipe, grab a rag and start cleaning. Facilities are fun for the kids though. Good variety of attractions.

This place is fantastic! A lot better than AirFX in my opinion, their manager Kyle is a fantastic guy, really helpful, and upbeat, good help is hard to find, and it's good they have him. My daughter (7) is in love with the foam pit, and my nephew (3) doesn't shy away from anything here, so it's comfortable for just about any age. Good times here! 11/10 will come back!
