Positive: Location to our event was good. Negative: Air conditioning kept the air damp. Could not dry wet clothes after two days of hanging. We had NO soap in our room for the entire 4 days. We were told they were out. Front desk man was rude and unfriendly. Toilets were high volume weak flushers .

Positive: Staff is great, good location and value Negative: Last time I stayed in a single room and it was in great shape. This time I stayed in a double and it was falling apart. Room seemed clean, but lots of stains, chipped and cracked tile, toilet seat loose, patched drywall but not repainted. Lots more.

Absolutely Disgusting. Planned to stay here over the weekend. Checked in went to our room and checked right back out! Horribly dirty, sheets were very badly stained and had a burn hole in them, pubic hair on the pillowcase, hair all over the bed. The room was very beat up. Blood on the wall near the light switch, window seat bench was stained and gross, mini fridge was covered in white smears. Our heater smelt like burning. There was no way i would stay here, especially amidst a pandemic. When we told the front desk we were leaving they weren't even surprised. Worst hotel ive ever seen.
