I love this place.Such a little gem here in San Marcos. Beautiful, healthy plants in abundance and such a charming, knowledgeable owner to assist you in deciding what to buy. I wouldn’t buy my plants from anywhere else. It’s always good to support local businesses.

This store was amazing! The staff was super nice and had great recommendations for us. I love that they could repot our plants for us since we don’t have the supplies at home (and I don’t have much of a green thumb). It was my daughter’s birthday and the guy working made it a very special experience. Great selection of pots and fun stickers. Will definitely return! (I copied my review from Yelp)

I cannot say enough good things or express how much I love this store! The owner, Sam, is AMAZING! She is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She cares so much about her plants, the products she sells in her store, AND HER CUSTOMERS! I have bought several plants from her which have not only been affordable but they’re absolutely gorgeous. If you have any questions about your plants even after you’ve purchased it she has no problem answering any questions and won’t pressure you to buy anything you don’t need to care for your plants which I appreciate. I always love visiting this beautiful store and seeing what they have in stock. I can never help myself buying a new beautiful plant. I’ve even bought plants as gifts from her and she took the time to repot them for me before I picked it up. I’ve been recommending planter Sam to anyone who loves plants and will continue to do so always. Thank you Sam for everything!

I wouldn’t be surprised if a majority of my houseplants are from PlanterSam! Easily my favorite small business and local nursery in San Marcos to support. Update: their new store is awesome!
