Always a great experience in-store but tried to call the customer service direct at the store to delay an order pick-up. After many calls and being on hold for over an hour I finally had to give up on contacting the store.

It's a Home Depot. It's clean, has lots of parking, thousands of products from gardening to truck and tool rentals. This is a good store. It has the same problem as pretty much every other Home Depot... Harvard MBA's only count profit per unit of cubic sales space. They don't care if they don't carry the tools or materials to complete an installation. They intentionally make you transverse the entire store for a single project, hoping to sell more products to impulse buyers.
