Really bad service. When you arrive at the counter, sales rep tells you next bus will leave within ten minutes, but leaves two hours later. Company also assures you that they will take you on the same bus to your destination (in my case to Los Angeles), and once you've crossed the border, the driver tells you he cannot take you and gives you directions to walk for a couple of blocks to another company. Don't waste your money, you are better off using another provider.
