We've been going to this vet since the late '80s when it was Dr. Jezzbera. Service in recent years has declined substantially. Staff are great when you can get in, but getting in is the problem. They don't answer the phone and you can't leave a message. And when they do answer the phone they immediately put you on hold and leave you there for 20 to 30 minutes. Such a let down to be treated so poorly when we've be regular clients for decades. It's time to find a new vet.

Without a shadow of a doubt, the best possible place to take your dog too. I hadto put both my buddies down in the same.week! Brutal but necessary. I loved them a lot!!! The care, understanding and professionalism of this place is beyond.reproach..! Dr. Estrada is credit to her profession. Her understanding, patience and.personal touch was and is.remarkable. my last place tried the money game!.shame. we will get another dog and this will be the only place for me. The staff.is.the same way. Caring and understanding. Thanks.to all of you for making the situation more tolerable.

I had to wait past my appointment time, but it was worth the wait. Despite how busy they were, all the staff maintained a respectful and friendly attitude. I was surprised at how cheap it was compared to other vets that I have gone to. All the recommendations and prices are shown to you, making it easy to decide what you can or can’t afford at the time. I felt no pressure to pay for services that I didn’t want at the time. It’s the best vet that I’ve been to.

I had to bring our dog in for an examination she wasn't feeling well. I made my appointment an checked in they had an emergency but I only waited an hour until seen. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the Dr was the same. Went over everything in detail and great news our dog is doing so much better. We have been coming here for years and will continue because of the dedication from this place. I love that they do appointments now and have remained the same friendly professional staff with all the changes happening in the world. Thank you Riverside Animal Hospital!

@CloudyKat AJ- what did they say was the cause of the bald spot? Was it expensive to treat?
They used to only do walk ins. They recently switched to appointments only. While I was there, I saw a girl come in and try to do a walk in. They told her they had no open spots that day but were willing to take a walkin for emergencies but asked her for a deposit (forgot what they were asking, I think it was between $400-600). I wanted to ask the staff if all that money would be used up Or if they would get back any money that wasn't used. But I forgot. That was too much for the lady so sadly she walked out. I felt bad for her. Edit : to be fair to the vet, they had one vet on call as another had called in sick. So maybe this is not common practice but it is kinda pricey.
Sorry no clue but I would just call them and ask!
They are a great animal hospital, I dont think they do wildlife. Call and see. They can probably direct you to the best place.
Yes pitbulls and Doberman are there specialty
Yes, call them for exact hours because it changes...
It was 350.00 for a regular size doberman .hope this helps
They raised prices. So now around $400 -$450. Plus $35. each rewrap. But they do a great job.
I went about three years ago I paid $289 that was with after care included.. Now they charge for after each time you post the ears, they charge $40. I learned to post them myself, it's really not that hard....
I do not know. Please call them, they will tell you
Depends on what exactly you mean by "check-up". A basic office visit is under $30, but that doesn't include stuff like shots or any medicine.
I'm not sure but I knew they have reasonable prices. I've seen several pups come out of there with beautiful cropped ears
I would call & ask. They are so reasonable.
If you go on to their website you can email them thru that.
Yes, they do surgery for cropped ears, and tails. I have talked to owners of Dobermans that have driven all the way from Phoenix Arizona for Dr Js cropping skills. They also, spade and neuter too.
They open at 8 a.m. and close at 4 pm
