Front office staff were rude. No matter how many times I spelled out names, they got mine and both my cats names wrong. They confused my male and females cats medical records. They almost performed the wrong medical treatment on the wrong cat because of the mix up and the staff took no accountability. They provided do directions on how to prep my cat for the procedure, which resulted in having to reschedule the appointment. They applied a senior charge for my 6 year old cat, compared to my 8 year old. One cat got an upper respiratory from them keeping him all day (dropped him off at 8am) with other cats before finally performing the dental surgery at 4:30pm. They tried to convince me it was just allergies. Then my other cat got it and has had lasting medical problems. Worst experience of my life. It has cost me double to treat my cats for what they caught here. Avoid at all costs.

We brought our cat in to be neutered here. The staff is friendly and caring. The facility itself is inviting and clean. The fees we paid were very reasonable and they took wonderful care of our baby. We highly recommend.

I trust this vet with my best friend of 15 years. They always take amazing care of her. Dr. Leigh goes above and beyond when it comes to your cats. She will take her time when speaking with you, and it never feels rushed. You can tell she truly cares about your cat. It's a wonderful feeling to have someone so amazing taking care of your furry friend.

Very friendly, professional, welcoming, and respectful. Greeted kindly, lobby had great environment for cats and a little kitten who greets you as well. Their blind “shop cat” is rad little guy. Didn’t wait long at all and doctor was very informative. It was apparent they actually cared about what they are doing. Scheduling surgery for our cat “mousey”
