How do I judge an animal medical office? There are two most important things: how good is the doctor's treatment plan and how much does it cost. Dr. Kim is really good in terms of knowledge and cost effective to the pet parents. We had been at so many pet clinics and hospitals. This doc is the first that mentioned I could buy my prescription drugs online. The nurses are very nice to the pets and willing to show what I can do at home. It's a small clinic and it's clean. This one is a very affordable pet clinic. The fact that it's small, you know you only pay for your pet treatments, not for the spaces and/or fancy decor. This one is now at the top of my list. It's best to call before you show up. I have been able to bring ours in for same day appointments or within hours after calling in. Don't put down your pet because you can't afford a treatment plan else where. Check with Dr. Kim.

Very polite, caring, and empathetic staff who provided clear and detailed explanation for my options with getting pain meds for my 15yr old dog. They were very quick as well by not being overbooked and having plenty of staff to ensure each animal was attended to immediately. Sure wish we found this place 15yrs ago and 6 vets ago for our dogs.

I have been going to this vet for over 20 years for my 2 German Shepherds. Initially it was owned by Dr Park who was the BEST!!! Unfortunately he passes and new veterinarians took over. My problem isn't so much with the Veterinarians but the horrible, unprofessional and rude staff they have there. I took my German shepherd there to be seen for an eye infection. One girl came to het her from my car and Mt German shepherd being protective barked at her and she ran backwards. As she was running backwards my dog was leaning towards her but she was leashed. She yelled out your dog is attacking me very rudely and she showed lots of fear. I told her stop running and we all know that you show fear with most dogs of that nature they will sense that. Working in a vet she should have known that. After I told her stop running back she THREW the leash at me and said " here you put it on". That was so disrespectful and I was shocked because like I said I had 2 previous German shepherds I had taken and the previous staff was awesome. I go into the office and tell them they should know working in a vet office how to act around animals as well as throwing the leash at me was at the least unprofessional. I asked for the little girls name and the other girl said I don't know and gave me an attitude. I asked to speak with the vet and she said he was not there. I said thats not true. I can hear him. She said well he is busy. I had seen the new vets and did like them( but Dr Park was better) but the little girl must have told the vet something because the other girl came out and said our vet will not see my dog anymore. So she lied about him being there, wouldn't give me the little girls name and was sooooooooo rude. My German shepherd I have now I took her to a different vet that same day and my dog barked like usual but the vet assistant at the other vet just walked up pet her and my GS was perfect with that. They took her in and said she was such a great dog. I was so upset with this vet. Luckily I was able to get another vet to see her that same day because they said she could've lost her one eye.

I had my dog put down here and the company they used for cremation was great the ashes came in a awesome box and they gave me his paw print as well.
