They get the work done, but I feel like their upcharges are a bit much. Took my car in for a tire rotation, the steering wheel was stiff, I had an idea of that the issue was. they told me it was $60 for a diagnostics on it. Seemed a bit high. After searching and asking some friends that knew more about cars, no more than 10 minutes of total time, it was confirmed, I just needed a power steer flush. Fixed that at Valvoline for less than the diagnostics alone here.

I took my car in today for the works (oil change, new tires, new brakes, new wiper blades and an alignment). Tom and his team did an amazing job. I was in and out in a very reasonable time frame for all the work done. My 2013 Nissan Altima is now handling like it's brand new. I highly recommend this shop for any of your car needs.

Tom was my service advisor. Although they were extremely busy if I would agree too leave my vehicle they'd fit it in for a lube job and front end alignment. They did not disappoint! My truck was serviced in a timely manner and they thanked me for being patient and willing too simply drop it off. WOW talk about customer care, you couldn't ask for more.

I had a great experience here. Made an appointment for 8 because of a brake issue I had and was out by 10. A thorough inspection was done on the car and recommended repairs were explained and quoted. Work was done quickly and professionally at a reasonable price. The waiting area was clean with comfortable chairs and the bathroom was clean as well. The staff was friendly and thanked me for the business. I got the overall impression that the manager and his crew truly care about the customers and the quality of work done. Would highly recommend this location to friends and neighbors.
