Outstanding experience! I was able to get an immediate appointment, first thing in the morning. Thank you for that! Both of the gentlemen who assisted me explained the possible causes of the presented issues and the options that may be required for repair. They provided me further estimates for future reference, if/when it is required. One of the staff, Dustin, kept me updated with the repairs and estimated time of completion. He was fantastic. All the staff is efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I recommend and will return for future repairs. Thank you.

This place is great. I have a fleet vehicle for work that had a leak issue. Rosen Nissan down the road who originally installed the tires (only 6k miles on them) wouldnt schedule to look at it for over a week and are completely ignoring me, won't give me any calls back and basically saying it's my problem. So I stopped into Monroe since they are covered under my fleet maintenance. They took a look at it within a few minutes of me swinging by, I didn't even have an appointment. Tiffany and the guys in back are great here and will help when they can. Forget going to the dealership and them jacking you around. This location is great and cares about their customers. I will be taking my work truck here from now on.

Monroe Auto service gives the best service for car. The guys who work on your car you find a better crew and the customer service with Tiffany you find a nicer person. I have been getting oil changes at the Monroe at 6112 S 27th st for years. This location is the best for all your automotive needs. They really know what they are doing at this place . As soon as you walk in you are greeted with the most friendly lady at the counter. After getting my vehicle in I was able to take at look at the issue myself and go over everything the the mechanic, literally no one else does that. They have found a lifelong customer with me.
