We had a little time to kill so me and the lady went through the mall. She bought one bra at Vicktorias and we continued. I am older and have never heard of Torrid. A modern Lane Bryant? The best part is the dressing rooms. I'm standing there and the clerk said, Go in! I bought two bras that day. James Bond was a great movie also. I would have been a better shopping partner if this happened 40 years ago. Luv!

I have been a long time Torrid customer, this is the main location I shop at. I went in yesterday and I have never felt so unwelcome by one associate. I don’t know her name I’d never seen her there before, she has blonde hair and was wearing a black top I believe and black dress pants. She was rushing around putting clothes away and didn’t offer to help me or say hi. I was looking at Swim wear on a roll rack and she comes up and rolls the rack away to another spot. She didn’t even say anything to let me know she was moving it as I was sorting through it. I understand the rack was in a temporary spot but at least let me know you are moving it instead of acting like I’m not even there. I ended up immediately walking out of the store because I was so mad. I’ve been going to this location for years and everyone had always been so helpful and friendly, I was so disappointed that day.
