This review is for Eric. Came in today after a year of not having a massage, so much pain in my glutials and upper back/neck. He is not your traditional massage therapist. But trust him... it works! When other therapists cause so much pain to relieve the stress in my glutes, he did a few pin points that immediately relieved all tension. NEVER have I felt that kind of immediate relief. I don’t ever really write reviews, but I had to for this experience. I normally go to the Menifee location, but they were booked... called this Murrieta location and NELLIE was available for a massage. When I got there, I told her about my sciatica & since I was pregnant with my daughter 8 years ago, it will inflame and cause the worst lower back pain. It happened a couple of weeks ago again, and I couldn’t fix it like I normally do with stretching... it was really bad. I requested she focus there, and my shoulders and neck...but mostly my lower back. So much relief getting off the table. Finally. Someone who knew what they were doing. I like knowing I have someone to go to when this happens again. Nellie, thank you 😊

In the past when I've had massages I never really enjoyed them. Either I was really ticklish, or my body is so sensitive its uncomfortable. I saw Carmen for an hour and a half massage. Thought I would try one more time with a new massage therapist and she was amazing! I felt relaxed the whole time. I was never in pain. I will continue to see Carmen in the future.

Like most service companies, we service many clients and rely on appointment schedules to be efficient. Our service providers rely on clients for their income. Unfortunately, sometimes people make appointments and for whatever reason, choose not to keep them. If they do not cancel within 24 hours of the appointment so that someone else can take the service, the service provider suffers. Consequently, we charge for the service.
Yes, that is the beauty of having a Massage Envy Membership is that you can use the membership in any of our franchised locations. You should be aware that memberships fees can vary based on geographic location and there may be a nominal fee in those areas where membership is more expensive.
An introductory session rate is just that – an introductory rate. There is no requirement to join.
Membership is extended only to the person who signs up. We do allow for members to transfer up to 1 service each month to anyone they choose. A service can be transferred to the same person once every six months. There is a small transfer fee.
Initial membership is for a 12-month period. Thereafter, it is month to month.
Yes. Many times, our members travel for extended periods and are unable to use their service. A membership can be ‘frozen’ for half the time of your agreement, as an example. 6-month memberships can be frozen for 3 months; 12-month memberships can be frozen for 6 months. There is no limit on the amount of times you can freeze your account. One month of dues is required between freeze periods.

Rapid Tension Relief is a customizable enhancement that uses a percussion device to address areas of discomfort and muscle tension. The service can be a 10-minute enhancement, a 30-minute add-on to a massage or a stand-alone 30-minute service and can focus on up to 11 different target areas.
Enhancements such as our Boost serum and Aromatherapy are provided within the scheduled massage session. Certain enhancements such as Rapid Tension Relief can either be part of your massage session or you can request this service as a 30-minute add-on to your massage.

No, hydra-facials are different from Massage Envy Microderm-infusion services and use a different machine and application process. Our Microderm-infusion service is one-of-a-kind, providing clients with a physical exfoliation, extractions and serum infusion all-in-one.
Estheticians provide a soothing hand, arm, neck and décolleté massage during facial session.
You can receive a massage the same-day as a Microderm-infusion, as long as you have your massage first.
You can receive a massage up-to 24 hours prior to your chemical peel, not on the same day. In turn, you must wait 5 days after a chemical peel before having your next massage.

Our membership agreement essentially discounts our service fees to members and allows for members to roll unused service hours over to the next and future months. As part of the agreement, members are required to have their membership current. If a member account is ‘delinquent’, it indicates that some unused services have not been paid. Once an account has been brought current, accrued sessions become accessible.
Prepaid services are valued in 60-minute session increments. Products, gratuities and enhancement fees are paid separately.
