Condescending staff. I came in for a brow tint kit on Saturday June 26th, that I have found at other Sally locations , but they acted like I was dumb and instead suggested something that didnt work at all but I ended up spending 4 times more than a simple lash/ brow kit. Just buy your supplies on Amazon and skip the snooty attitude.

Wow, saved my life. Had no idea there was so much math involved in hair color. She had 2 write directions 4 me. U am mixing different amounts of 4 different bottles. VERY knowledgeable staff Impressive. 🤗

Okay so I came in here and got some things for myself and my daughter the service was pretty good from a gal that works there... Then I had to return the product I got for myself because of losing my job (terrible ego hit...) I usually budget really well. Anyway so I came back in to return the product and was not greeted or understood well at all, the guy was rude and really made me feel terrible about myself and my situation.
