Was there for construction work on pool area. Beautiful place and staff is extremely friendly and residents are very happy and nice.. hell I'd love to live there when I'm old it has a community garden and has cottages or apartment style living very classy and memory care facility too

Willamette view is a beautiful place to retire. The staff are welcoming and professional. The in-house restaurants are beautiful and a great place to grab a meal with the family, and the menu is really tasty. We're always satisfied with our experiences there.

For my tastes, best Retirement Community in town. A non-profit CRCC with excellent food, allot of unique amenities and a very upbeat and friendly social atmosphere. Very glad we chose this place to live out our lives. Not inexpensive however.

A lot. When I started working there I believe it was like 250,000 to buy in to a 1 bdrm apartment and "rent" for Independent living is somewhere in the vicinity of 4,5000 a month. Assisted living is in the vicinity of 5000 a month. Health Center living is much higher. You should check it out tho if it's in your price range. Many amenities .
The Court building at Willamette View is situated between the new Riverview building and the Terrace building. If driving on River Road, it is located behind the Plaza building. The Court is not visible from River Road.
