The worst I’ve gone so far. 3 hours waiting in the lobby, 1 hour in the room waiting the doctor hahahahahhah. Is it an urgent care ? You’re kidding us. That is a shame. Updating: I had to call the doctor which was sitting in a room hahaha, he came right away. What is it ? Are they playing with our lives ?

I've only been to their urgent care. The front desk staff aren't friendly, and you feel like you're interrupting their gossip session when you ask for assistance. But the medical staff are excellent. Kind, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. Felt like I was in good hands. This place is also a valuable resource for low-income individuals who need affordable, quality healthcare. I only paid $25 for my visit! If the front desk staff improved their demeanor, I'd give this place 5 stars.

Horrible! I had an appointment for today with a gynecologist and after driving for almost 40 min, had to pay for a nanny, and after having confirmed the appointment twice, I got there and the receptionist said: I am sorry, but your appointment was canceled. No voice-mail, no phone call, no text message to inform me about that. I asked to talk to the supervisor or manager, but there was none available. They offered me a phone number and asked me to get in touch with them. It's unacceptable. Be aware that they can simply cancel the appointment without any notice.

Worst. I drove from el cajon, I was on time exactly, for my APPOINTMENT and they tried to tell me I was late by 6 minutes and so they were not going to see me for a physical, but they could see me for something else. I said ok so just the blood work then, and they said they wouldn't do that either! I was at the place I made the appointment at the time of the appointment there is no excuse for this garbage service I'm livid.

I was there at 1pm and it was still empty. I do believe if you don't like your job quit you don't want to work don't go let someone else do it I'm sure someone else will have a better attitude about it. With that said I can't judge everybody the same, last week I lost my phone in the parking lot of the Logan Clinic , and one of those girls went above and beyond to help me find my old old phone just because I had pictures of my dad who had just passed away in April in it . So she was awesome! Made phone calls for me to my phone 2 try to find it and she did I don't remember her name but thank you very much. I was completely devastated. I can't get those videos back and thanks to this young lady's tenacity I got my phone a couple of hours later.

They take most insurance plans. My family has 1st Care and Community and they take them.
I had a wonderful experiece. I needed a crown and a difficult root canal procedure to find the canals. Tursday I get my new crown. It was very reasonable at about 700 total with the porcelain crown costing only 545. My dentist was a true professional. Dr Wan was the most gentle dentist ever. 5 stars. He explained everything and it was painless. I highly recommend Logan Dental @ LHFC. 5☆☆☆☆☆
