We Scheduled a Notary appointment for 01-05-2022 at 9:00am at this store location. We showed up at 9am. the clerk said the appointment is at the El Cajon ups store inside Von's. We said our appointment was set up online at this Location: The UPS Store #0299 3755 AVOCADO BLVD LA MESA, CA 91941-7301 The clerk said NO it is for the other store. So we go to the other location and a notary does not show up until 12pm. That sucks. Your notary schedule is a total scam and waste of time. Last time doing business with this location. Clerk was a total waste of time. Bad reflection on your business. I would not recommend this location. Just a waste of time.

I've been coming to this business for personal and work related tasks for years. I've faxed, used the notary, and mostly mailed. I've always had wonderful, helpful service! My most recent time there I was mailing back several boxes for a purchased return. As I was standing at my trunk in front of their store, thinking I was going to have to make two trips in, I believe it was the owner who happened to walk by and offered to help me carry them in. Then, they helped me figure out the very confusing, multiple return labels the company emailed me. I'm so appreciative of their patience and kind service. I will continue to come back. I highly recommend!

I shipped a package to Canada from here and they put in the value and some other things wrong. So when it arrived they wanted to charge my wife 10 times the value of the package as a COD fee. I have never had a problem with the UPS store where I live so I assumed that any store should know how to properly send a package to Canada so the person getting doesnt pay at all. Tried to call during business hours to ask them for a refund but nobody picks up and the voicemail hangs up on you pretty quick. The customer service is despicable here just as other reviewers had said. I should have read the reviews before giving them my business.
