Horrible company to work for, new managers every other month and management was a joke. Don’t recommend working here. Parts are never in on time and computers go down weekly. Employees are rude even to ex workers. Disrespectful to anyone who comes in. Worst place to go.

Whitewater advance is a joke. Part wasnt there the next day as said and gave some b.s. excuse. Then never called to say it came in the day after that. Went to autozone had the part in a few hours .never going back.

Staff is fairly competent. Staff and management have been helpful, courteous and friendly. Prices are a bit high for tools though and they don't have all you need.

Very helpful and know what they are doing. Their very polite and understanding. I'm from Illinois and they helped me get back on the road and for that I am very grateful. I will always go to them for help and parts. Thank you Advance Auto Parts for being there for us.
