Terrible experience bad food. Fries were hard. Didn't give sauce for nuggets. Had to repeat my order over and over for who I assume is a non native English speaker.

Good luck if you're in the drive through. Waiting over 20 minutes for a single order with 3 cars in line is outrageous. Consistently the slowest drive through I have ever seen. The day of the week is irrelevant. Inaccurate orders. I will drive to the fort Atkinson location simply because it takes less time to drive to the next town and back than sit in the drive through and wait.

Every time I go to Arby's I am always superbly satisfied. The staff is great and so is the food especially the jamocha shakes.
