i came in this morning at 8 am with my 11 month old pittie. she was showing signs of what seemed to me that she was dehydrated. i did not have an appointment nor did i call ahead i just walked in as an emergency because my dog was vomiting and not eating anything. dr. kim was still able to see me and cared for my girl anyway. he did his thing and tested her for coronavirus and for parvovirus. sure enough she tested positive for parvovirus. he gave me 3 options and with my financial situation i chose to what i could afford.dr kim and his assistant giselle we’re very helpful and informative. they helped me and made me feel a lot better in 1 hour! i was amazed and truly grateful for their urgency and willingness to help me. i will definitely be coming back :)

Do not take your pet here if you value your pets life. They are cruel butchers and over charge for everything. My dog died 1 day after they got their hands on him. I am devastated.

We had an appointment at 3:45pm. We understand taking the time to answer questions and addressing concerns but having to wait 45 minutes past our appointment is excessive. We tried to be patient and understanding but when we realized Dr. Kim was taking another patient and we we're still waiting we got up and left. Nobody apologized for the inconvenience or let us know we wouldn't be seen yet. We we're just told that the previous patient talked too much which is why Dr. Kim took so long and if we wanted to make another appointment to feel free to do so. We've been coming here for so long so it's upsetting to be treated this way. I feel like they're taking on more than they can handle. We will be looking for a new vet. P.s. Dr. Kim was fully aware we we're still waiting and so was the staff. I felt like they took advantage of our good nature. And thought they could push us aside and we'd still wait.

Dr Kim is great and very affordable. First time here and will be back. Please don't confuse him with Arlington animal hospital. This place is off Adams in the starter brothers parking lot. I feel alot of the reviews on here are confusing him with Arlington animal hospital which he is not affiliated with. Infact he recommends the emergency hospital in grand terrace 30 min away over them.
