LOVE this place. I moved to Hillcrest recently and started a small business. Not only have they been helpful as can be but Erica who works there saved me $150 on a international package that FedEx Office and UPS both told me $400. The owner is remarkably petty and computer illiterate and will withhold your mail because of their unfamiliarity with their own technology. Bosco, in particular, is deliberatively petty and passive agressive. He withheld a shipment, that he knew was for medication, despite being owed NOTHING, he simply hadnt applied the payment to the correct account. Honestly, the individual employees are great, but the owners are truly dreadful humans.a COMPLETE lack of humility or apology
