On a Saturday about a month ago. I was running into FSS just to grab some floral tape. The time was 10:55. The door was unlocked. The girl at the counter says, "umm yah, we're closed." , I could have pushed the issue and said the door wasn't locked. I could have shared with her that I was only going to grab one thing. But no, instead, my business was not welcome at that moment so I walked out. Closing five minutes early was more important than a my money. So instead I purchase my floral tape online through Amazon prime. The purpose of this review is to help your business realize that poor customer service and dismissing customers can be detrimental to your continued business.
