These folks were great. Lots of good quality bikes to choose from, very cheap weekly rental rate, efficient, no nonsense service. Absolutely fit the bill for my Santa Barbara/Goleta adventure.

All I needed was hardware to attach a back rack to my bike. The other bike shops would only be able to help me if I bought a rack from them. The owner went out of his way to look for and to inexpensively sell me the hardware that I needed. Thank you.

I owned a foldable bike that has parts hard to be found on the market. When I got a flat tire this morning, I thought it was the end of the world. The shop owner quickly identified what I really need and showed me some options that can be installed right away. The service was superb!

From the moment we walked in, terrible service. The staff seemed to not want us there, or be able to give advice at all about the used bikes they sell. They didn't even understand how to switch gears on a 21-speed I was originally interested in. I took the bike I bought back after a week, due to squealing breaks, and they just shrugged their shoulders, told me there was nothing they could do. Charged me a rental fee of $40 for the week, and watched them just put a price tag back on the bike and put it into the used bike area, without even checking on the breaks. The only reason I'm not giving 0 star is that my husband happened to find a great bike from them on his own. While I was there, another customer asked for some air and a pressure check in her tire, and they charged her $1. Smh.
