Not sure. Call them they picked up all arountvthe San Diego area for me.
It varies on the markets of course. I've been around long enough to see $80 a gt, up as high as $400 gt. In the last two months it has been $110-150 gt, with $140 gt ending this week. Tuesday maybe different with stock market opening.
