Please don’t ever join this association! There are bunch of jerks in suits that work here. I bought a lockbox at their store. They claimed it was brand new but I had trouble taking ownership of this. Sentrilock told me it was a refurbished one and someone else’s name was still on it. I came back and they refused to help me to correct the situation. They said I am not a member of SDAR and I need to join their association today to receive help.

I am very happy to write that the San Diego Association of Realtors office is just great. From the great customer service they provide with a pleasant hello as you walk in the front door to "how can I provide you with great service today" on the phone. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. What I also found very helpful was the store that offers signs, flags, lock boxes, books, professional supplies and more that assist in doing my business. A retail price is listed and with your BRE# your also given a discount. A great selection and assistance when needed. The other thing that I am blown away with is all the services, classes, and seminars that are offered to everyone at either a reduced price or reasonable for the vast information the professionals in the field provide. I look forward to going to the location and would highly suggest calling the staff if you ever have a question, suggestion or comment. If they can't help you immediately, they will find out the answer for you.
