Very welcoming decor, beautiful ocean-like. The food was very disappointing: bland, too salty or too sweet. I didn't even finish my food. Great presentation, but food didn't live up to it and i love Peruvian food. And it was overpriced! I really wanted to enjoy it but none of what I tried was authentic tasting. The service was great through; server was attentive.

What a hidden diamond. If you are a local or tourist LimaMar is a perfect place to celebrate a special occasion,romantic date,or any reason for a great meal and drinks. I wish I could remember the name of my drink. It was phenomenal. For main course I had the Fuji Salmon, yum.

My fiancé and I could not be more obsessed with a place. We insist on bringing people who have never been and constantly rave about how amazed we are every time. The food and the cocktails will speak for themselves and have you coming back every time. The staff is so lovely, I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. Easily our favorite place to eat!

I thought the drinks were good and the food was very good. My wife was less impressed but she's a meat and potatoes girl. Also, the prices were relatively reasonable. Possibly, Peruvian cuisine is just not our thing. I hate to subtract a star for personal preference, but four stars is still pretty good.
