I have had my eye on this building for a while now. I came to look at them last month and as soon as I saw the view I was sold. I moved in this weekend. Adrian and Irena in the office have been great. They couldn't have made the process any easier.

Liza made moving in a breeze, from touring the apartment to signing the lease in a couple days with very little headache. Very well furnished apartment with pretty nice amenities and great location on the river. Terrific view.

I toured and applied only. Did not lease because I found something temporarily that is a better fit for now though I would strongly consider leasing here for a longer-term. These properties were the most appealing apartments I've encountered in the area. Irena and Adrian were both knowledgeable, professional, and responsive as they guided me through tours of two rentals and the application process for one. I have no reason to believe they wouldn't show tenants the same level of attention. The rentals I toured had modern appliances, new countertops, tall ceilings and nice views of the river. It was also a big plus that pets were allowed.

I lived at RRT 6 years and loved the views and fun atmosphere! Living right on the river was so peaceful especially having coffee on the dock. The environment is friendly. I made lots of great friends there. I decided to buy a condo because I wanted to own rather than rent. Otherwise would have stayed. They are making some great improvements that will make the place even better in the long run.
