Staff was very friendly and attentive. I was seen right away. PA Becker was amazing. She listened to all of my concerns, was very knowledgeable, and performed a skin biopsy seamlessly. Definitely recommend this clinic and provider to anyone!

**UPDATE - POSSIBLE INSURANCE FRAUD** Got a bill from Perlman months later saying my insurance company adjusted the payment with a remaining balance of $100. Insurance company has zero record of this transaction or Perlman filing the claim at all. Filed a formal complaint with insurance company, will update later. Wasted weeks by not clearing insurance coverage beforehand and surprising me with an out of pocket bill last minute without any service provided. No communication after entering insurance information initially and just charged my card without warning. The video visits were a waste of time (but evidently billed out at $1000/hr) and money with zero resolution or assistance

Please do justice a favour and don't feed the fraudulent medical practices of this clinic. I had a 5 minute call which determined I needed to come into the clinic for services. I never received those services because they never called to reschedule (they don't have a direct line). Yet, they later billed insurance over $300 for services never rendered, but because we had a virtual "office visit" for 5 minutes, they billed over $300 for services never even received!!

Perlman Clinic…. Where to begin. Worst place I HAVE EVER BEEN TO, I went in today to see a “ Maisa Nagi Morris “ she calls herself a “Dr” today my sister was denied to even see that lazy woman because the “Dr.” said she felt uncomfortable because of the symptoms that were given to her… my face was in shock I didn’t know how to respond the only symptoms posted were “Headache and dehydration” … I guess she is still squeamish of those symptoms after all those years in the medical field…. Furthermore she said she has been trying to contact us since yesterday and we never ever received anything from that woman she calls herself “Doctor”. I am extremely disappointed because I looked up this clinic because I thought it would be “Better” but it turns out it wasn’t…. You know it might just be her but the receptionist didn’t even bother to switch doctors or anything. OH OH and get this she still said we can “video chat instead” that way she feels comfortable in her home I guess. Her bio says “provides preventative care and treatment of acute and chronic diseases and injuries for people of all ages”… HOW DO YOU FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE MEETING A 16 YEAR OLD GIRL!?!?!! HOW?!? If you are planning on going please be aware of this. It made me and my family feel dehumanized honestly hurts that a doctor can feel that way. I wonder if they are real doctors. Doctors are NOT supposed to feel uncomfortable they are supposed to make their clients comfortable. 0/10 experience.
