I was very disappointed when I went into the Starbucks this morning. The employees made fun of not only the customers coming inside but also the drink orders. I understand words are words and people shouldn't get hurt by them, but you are a business dealing with the public. Be kind, people have stories. I hope these employees realize that words hurt and you work with the public. Very disappointed.

I haven't been to this Starbucks in 2 years, but it was worth coming back. The Chocolate Almond Milk Latte was awesome, and the service was impeccable.

The nitro cold brew is decent, still a little too burnt-tasting (dark roast) for a person like me who prefers medium roast, but much better than the other ice coffee options.
