I liked how the guys took care of me, so I joined them. I was with Tireplus for 3 years, and long long hours took it's toll on me so I left that store. That store has had a bunch of new management and teammates come and go, so I now get my service from the Middleton Tireplus store.

I purchased tires for my wifes car and had the oil changed and tires rotated on my truck, spent close to $600 in a matter of a week and a half. Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation for my daughter’s truck, 5 days out. They called me two hours before the appointment and said they would have to cancel the appointment! Terrible customer service and I’m done wasting money at that place! Don’t go there!!

I drove my mother down from Green Bay to a family reunion out in Mt Horeb on Sunday the 8th I ended up having an issue with the TPMS light on the dash of my mothers car. Thankfully Tires Plus was open, I believe the only repair place in the area that was on a Sunday. I stopped in to have the light checked and Ben, Ed were great! They found the problem quickly, resolved it and I was on my way. It was a great relief to my Mom who was worried about an expensive repair and myself who still has to drive her back up to GB, not have to worry about getting a flat, on the highway. Ben and Ed were very friendly, professional, highly recommend anyone needing repair work/ tires to stop in here. Thanks guys!!

I just went for an oil change - paid $66 and was told I had an oil leak. An expensive leak test was recommended to diagnosis the source. I drove home and popped the hood to find my dipstick popped out and oil splattered all over the engine bay...I suppose I found the leak. Situations like this enrage me. Mechanics in general have a large differential in knowledge between them and their customers and thus have a moral obligation to deliver honest information. I won't be returning and will be telling everyone I know what happened here.
