They constantly forget to pick up your trash and when they transfer you to a supervisor it goes straight to a very conveniently full voicemail forcing you to wait on hold again. Horrible service

Folks here are ways quick and professional. This is the only place I bring my cans and bottles for that reason alone. I know there are a handful or recycling locations around San Diego that may give a couple pennies more per pound, but the employees here are decent, fast to process and friendly.
