Scammers! Scammers! Scammers! Abel the manager is horrible! The employees here are really bad! They sent us home with the wrong phones ( wrong GB) and wrong SIM cards!!!! They gave us used screen protectors and over heating phones! Do not go here! Ashley is nuts! All four employees were horrible and the manager hired them and us to blame!

Sign in door says “Temporarily Closed.” There’s nothing to that indicates when they’ll reopen. Someone else’s posted this in a review 2 months ago and the store replied saying they would have someone update Google. Apparently that still hasn’t happened. Don’t waste the trip.

Thank you to the team at this location. I had an unusual situation regarding my phone replacement, and every representative I talked with was always very helpful. Specially the manager Minhaj, he truly went above and beyond to help me, and after an hour or so of him being on the phone with his own company trying to help me, he did. Also, don't be upset at them if they make you wait a long time to see someone. Due to Vid they are doing appointments. you can get one online or by going to the store. Also people with appointments are given priority over walk ins. It's just protocol they aren't making you wait for fun. Thank you everyone at Verizon Temecula mall!!!

I came into this store with a huge problem that seemed impossible to correct. After a week of spending my days on the phone with customer service only to be hung up on repeatedly and endless transfers from department to department. I walked into this verizon store with the help of a customer relations manager who recommended I come in and I am so glad I did. I was greeted immediately and felt like I was listened to, less then a minute later the host had a rep helping tackle my broken device and getting it replaced. The young man Eddie who helped us went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of to the best of his abilities and then the manager came over as soon as he noticed how complicated my situation had become. I feel valued as customer with the amount of attention they were now putting into my situation. I am a new customer to verizon after 8 years with at&t and because the service I experienced this afternoon I will gladly remain with verizon. I would highly recommend this store to any verizon customers or if you are thinking about switching or just need help from genuinely helpful reps. I will try to stay away from calling customer service from now on.
